My great Aunt passed away and I have been given her computer. It's a HP Pavilion All in one, R025XT is the model number. I'm not sure which Windows OS it's currently using.
The problem I'm having is when it starts I can't login to her profile, or the admin profile, as I don't have her password and have no way to reset the password.
I don't currently have access to a second computer, only my cell phone. Can anyone help me with this?

AFAIK, that is your only option, but feel free to try the video found or any other tips that may be out there.
