I had my computer reset recently to fix an issue and it removed Windows 11 from my system. I just wanted to know if upgrading would reduce the overall performance of my computer.

Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)

Pen and touch Pen and touch support with 10 touch points
Edition Windows 10 Education
Version 22H2
Installed on 21/03/2024
OS build 19045.4170
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19054.1000.0

You would have to try the upgrade again and see for yourself what the results are.
Your notebook is supported by HP for W11, but HP does not provide any drivers for it.
W11 supposedly is designed to boot up faster and provide better performance than W10, but Microsoft increased the minimum memory requirements for a 64-bit operating system from 2 GB to 4 GB.
From the results I have gotten from all of my PC's and notebooks running W11, anecdotally I feel they do boot up a bit faster and work just as well if not better than they did on W10.
But every PC may not have the same results.
You have 10 days to go back to W10 after upgrading to W11, so I recommend you test drive W11 and see how it works, as long as you don't delete any of the W11 upgrade files or the Windows.old folder.
The main reason I would upgrade to W11 would be that W10 will be going out of Microsoft support in about 18 months.

W11 will automatically install any updated drivers.
They may be listed under the advanced options section on the Windows Update program>Optional updates.
For anything that needs drivers that Windows doesn't install, you would have to use the W10 drivers from your notebook's support page.
