Pavilion x360 13-010dx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop has been starting with the message

The CMOS checksum is invalid.  The CMOS will be reset to the default configuration and will be rebooted. Please check your BIOS Setup options to see if they change.

CMOS Reset (502)

ENTER-Reboot the system

For more information, please visit: www.hp.com\go\techcenter\startup

When the laptop finally starts up the battery is not detected.

I have tried 2 installing 2 different batteries, done the WIN+B and reinstalled the BIOS, uninstalled the battery drivers and restarted.

When I go to the BIOS setup screen there is no option to reset the BIOS.

I've tried updating the BIOS through HP device manager but there are no updates.

The only things I haven't done are replacing the CMOS battery because I cannot find it and resetting the BIOS because I don't know how to do that.
