I recently replaced the battery in my laptop because the other battery didn't keep my laptop charged for very long and just needed to be replaced. When I got a new battery, I discovered a problem where it would make my laptop crash randomly, it was able to be turned back on but this was very annoying. I tried using my laptop without the battery just plugged into the charger and it worked completely fine. So when I had to go somewhere with my laptop that didn't have anywhere to constantly charge I kept taking the battery out and putting it back in. Then one morning when I woke up I tried to turn on my laptop and it wouldn't turn on. I could see that it was charging but the light on the power button wouldn't turn on and neither did the screen. I also tried it with and without the battery and it still didn't work.
Does anyone have a solution for this?

Hi @Phoenixxxxxxxxx,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I understand that your HP Pavilion x360 Won't Power On. I'd like to help!
Please perform these steps and see how it goes.
Turn off the computer, and then unplug the power cord.
- Disconnect any peripheral devices, and then remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station.
- Remove the battery from the computer.
- With the battery and power cord unplugged, press and hold the Power button for approximately 15 seconds.
- After you drain the capacitors, re-insert the battery, and then plug in the power cord. Leave peripheral devices disconnected.
- Turn on the computer.
If computer does not power on after running these steps then, it may need service.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
