HP Recommended

When I start my laptop it's shows a blue screen with "Choose an Option" and when I select the option "Exit and continue to Windows 10" it reboots and shows the same blue screen with options against.vi have reset my PC, done start up repair, but still the issue is there.

Do you have a restore point?if you can try to update Bios
