Help!  Error message: Boot device not fount.  Hard drive (3F0) please install an operating system on your hard disk

That error message usually means the hard drive has failed.  To verify whether that is the case, run the diagnostics on the hard drive.  You can get to that at boot-up by tapping on the Esc key and then starting up the PC.  Keep tapping on the Esc until the popup menu shows.  Then pick diagnostics from that menu.

Report back with any news.  If the hard drive is found and passes the diagnostics, then it is a matter of either fixing the Windows install or doing it again with install media.
