Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eh0050wm

I guess my Laptop rebooted itself while I wasn't around and when I opened it and tried to login and use it, I was asked for a recovery key to get into my own laptop. I have watched multiple videos for help and already went onto my Microsoft account but nothing. This laptop was not added to my Microsoft account to it doesn't show under devices. I don't know what to do but I really need help getting into it to retrieve my files. Please if anyone knows how to fix this HELP ME...... Thank you kindly in advance for any help to fix this problem.
