Product: HP Pavilion x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14m-dw1033dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was on my laptop, the battery was getting low, I plugged it in, and it flashed that it was on 5% but was plugged up and not charging, it died.  I contacted HP support, they said the brick was bad, sent a new one, still won't power on. They said they would send a box for me to send my laptop to them for repairs, never received it. Contacted them again, still no box, and now my warranty has expired and no one but the virtual agent will "speak" to me.  Help, please if you can. I think it's the battery.
