HP Pavillion laptop HP command center setup.

My Hp pavillion has been trough alot of OSes and ive finnaly retired it as a standard backup laptop, Now originally it came with a piece of software called HP Command Center (i can vividly remember that) but as you could have guessed after installing linux windows and more linux that original piece of software is gone. I tried reinstalling HP Command center but it now refuses to allow me to change anything it is just a blank screen with my laptop details and thats about it it should be showing the options to make the fans blow silent or really hard and loud, the laptop has some age and i want the fans to compensate a bit, but this is impossible because no matter what i try it always and i mean always just shows the stats and not the actuall options, so im curious if this is something that is fixeable since its been bugging me for a while now. FYI this is the tab i meant (thermal profile):

if anyone could assist me into getting that back so this laptop can finally breathe again would be very nice.

This is the version I installed on my PC:

HP Command Center - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

Works fine.

Make sure that in the 'Services' app within the Windows control panel that the HP System Info HSA Service is set to Automatic and that it is running.

Once upon a time, I disabled all of the other HP services you see listed there including the HP System Info HSA Service, and when I ran the HP Command Center app, it no longer worked.

After I reenabled that service, the HP Command Center app worked fine even with all of those other services still disabled.

If this software still doesn't work for you, after making sure that the HP System Info HSA Service is running, unfortunately I wouldn't know what the problem could be.

The service is on and running in automatic, sadly the program still refuses to show anything but system information and about. the version is 1.11.60.0, id also like to note that i cant seem to find it on the Microsoft store unless i follow your link directly.
