Product: HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-g188ca (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi! After Windows 10 last update on June 12, 2025 my notebook will not restart and loops with “ACPI BIOS ERROR”. Automatic Recovery fails and even booting from a Win 10 ISO image from my USB drive will get me to this same error (after the Windows logo displays).
I reflashed by BIOS with help from this forum and tried resetting the BIOS to default but still get the same error. Anyone can offer any other tests to try to get my Windows back up and running? Thanks.
