Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

The windows update downloaded the update that shows an error 

HP Printer 3.2.1.2285 download/install error file in Windows Update for my Win11 

 

The error code shown 0x800f020b  and from what i can make out it is saying that the printer is not connected or turned on but as far as i  can see it is.

 

There have been issues previously with the printer not printing and i was having to reinstall it every day before it would work. But for a few weeks not i have not had to do this. So the whole thing is a mystery.

 

The HP website proved next to useless in resolving the issue  as it just took me round in circles. Look forwar to hearing from anyonr who know how to resove this issue.
