Hello guys, I want to buy HP ProBook 450 G7 in Pakistan. The official dealer of HP in Pakistan named Compsi is giving the ProBook 450 G7 without pre-installed Windows 10 however as per the specification mentioned in the HP support website, the ProBook comes with a pre-installed Windows 10. They claim that the machine does not come with a preinstalled window and we have to pay extra amount of money to get a genuine windows 10 installed in the respective machine. I want to ask if what they are saying is true or not and if the machine has windows 10 installed in it, and if it does, how to report the respective dealer to HP?
Some devices for academic use automatically update to Windows 10 Pro Education with the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. Features vary.
Windows 10 Pro 64
Windows 10 Home 64
Windows 10 Pro (Windows 10 Enterprise available with a Volume Licensing Agreement)
Windows 10 Home Single Language 64
Not all features are available in all editions or versions of Windows. Systems might require upgraded and/or separately purchased hardware, drivers, software or BIOS update to take full advantage of Windows functionality. Windows 10 automatic updates are always enabled. ISP fees might apply and additional requirements might apply over time for updates.
Yes, it makes sense they want you to pay a bit more for a machine that comes with Windows installed.
