1) My HP ProBook 4530s crashed during Win7 shut down.
2) After restart it displays the message with the following options:
Launch startup Repair (recommended)
Start Windows normally
3) I have 2 original HP DVDs labeled:
Operating system DVD Windows 7 Home Premium
Application and Driver recovery DVD
4) When I try to insert any of the DVDs or not to insert tem at all I receive an error:
Status: 0xc0000225
Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible
5) I guess that the DVD device does not work properly.
This is becuase I can read both DVDs at other notebook.
6) So I need to create the bootale USB from the 2 DVDs.
The DVDs do not contain .ISO files but the set-up.exe files
I can use todo it other notebook with Win10 installed and DVD device working
My only goal is to retrieve my files from the crashed notebook.
What would be the best way to do it ?
