Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I am currently running into a series of problem. Earlier in the morning, I was able to run my laptop normally. However, when I plugged in the charger and tried to use my laptop later in the afternoon, the laptop immediately ran into black screen. Afterwards, I did a hard reset my laptop only for it to go completely dark again after I log in, so I was forced to hard reset again. From that point, my laptop keeps having black screens whenever I tried to turn in on, so I had to restarted it over and over. Then the system repair popped up, but while I was trying to reinstall Windows, my laptop screen goes black again; and after another hard reset, my laptop then begins to either be stuck on hp welcome screen on startup or having dark screen. I have tried many ways suggested such as unplug all external devices such as charger (not the battery since I do not have the tools needed to do it), yet it still did not work and now I am constant stuck in that loop. Is there any way I can get out of this turmoil? I tried doing a quick fast test in the "Diagnostic" screen in BIOS boot mode and the test works successfully, but I cannot do extensive test nor can I reset graphic card drivers since it keeps appeearing in dark screen. Thank you very much for reading and taking time for helping out.

Hi @Vergil02,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be glad to help you!

I'm really sorry you're going through such a frustrating experience with your laptop. It sounds like you've put a lot of effort into trying to resolve this issue, and it must be incredibly disheartening to keep running into black screens and startup problems.

This looks like a hardware issue, however, to be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

May I have the exact name and product number of the unit? Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
