My Laptop, bought new in Sept 2017, doesn't shut down using the software key in Windows 10. Only the power button helps. Already switched off 'quick start up'. I'm thinking now to desinstall the 'Intel Rapid Storage Driver' and the 'Intel Management Interface' driver. So the standard Windows 10 drivers can take over. But is this smart to do?
