Hi Paul,

I have a similar problem

When I try to connect in a Bluetooth device, my laptop is loading but it does not connect (after a lot of minutes of loading) it comes up a message that the connection is not established. I tried to connect my bluetooth earphones and my Samsung Galaxy S5.

Bluetooth Device Ids:

BTHENUM\{fbe4be12-374a-486b-a473-24e39408a24d}_VID&00010075_PID&0100
BTHENUM\{fbe4be12-374a-486b-a473-24e39408a24d}_LOCALMFG&005b

I download the latest drivers from HP but it did not make any difference and I used HP Support Assistant but it did not get fix.

HP ProBook 4540s

Serial Number: 2CE2372RFN

Product Number: C4Z14EA#ABB

Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit Service Pack 1

Any advice please?

Thank you in advance,

George
