ZBook 15u G3 and EliteBooks
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have been unsuccessful with hard drive encryption all of our SSD drives. The ZBooks came equipped with SSD M.2 drives and I am using HP Client Security Software. The error that I get when the encrypt hard drive screen loads is this..

When I X out, the software closes.

The EliteBook's, 8570w, and 8560w, I am using the Hp ProtectTools Software which was successful on the non-SSD drives, but now that they've been upgraded with Crucial MX300 SSD drives, upon encryption I will get this error:

TPM has been activated in the BIOS on all units.

Thank you so much in advance for any advice.
