Hello, I suspecy my HDD in my laptop has failed so I used HP Cloud Recovery tool to create a recovery disk on a 32GB USB flash drive. After trying to boot my laptop with the recovery drive I receive an error followed by a warning that reads "Recovery not supported under current configuration, please enable acceleration option for Intel Smart Response Technology and try again." I would greatly appreciate it if someone can help me solve this. There is hours of school work that I need to recover from this laptop. Thanks!

The safest thing to do is remove the hard drive.
Connect it to a working PC using a SATA-to-USB cable.
Retrieve files.
Anything else if you don't know what you are doing risks the hard drive being overwritten with a new installation of Windows.
