The problem
When I turn the laptop on, it logs into a admin account before I get the chance to change it. While the laptop is logging in the first window I see is the hp Recovery Manager with a message the message says, "Restoration Incomplete The restoration did not complete. Please selct one of the following buttons." There is a small about button in the bottom left corner. On the right there are three blue buttons, Save Log, Details and Retry. There is another window behind that one too. This window is named C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe. A message is on the window it says the system cannot find the drive specified 6 times.
What I have tried
I have tried the quik hard drive test, the extended hard drive test and the memory test. The laptop had passed them all.

When I clicked on the about button it said this...
