Hello!

I was wondering if anyone could help me with these two issues:

  1. Recently, after a Windows Update was installed, my HP Recovery Manager Media Creation Tool disappeared from my system. It seems like it is nowhere to be found. (I have my RECOVERY (D:) partition intact)
  2. When Recovery Manager opens up, there are only a few options available, not all of them. I cannot post a screenshot because English is not my mother language, but the options are the same as the photo I attached (got from the HP website), except I also have a Windows Recovery Environment and a Windows Media Creation tool options.

Why is this happening and, is there a solution to it?RM-Sshot.jpg

Yes Windows update might have removed or corrupted that program. But Hp's recommended method to create the Recovery Media is through the Cloud Recovery Tool

Hi! Thanks for your answer. Ok, I'll use HP Cloud Recovery Tool, but, what happened to the other program? Did it stop working?

Thank you.
