Hello!
I was wondering if anyone could help me with these two issues:
- Recently, after a Windows Update was installed, my HP Recovery Manager Media Creation Tool disappeared from my system. It seems like it is nowhere to be found. (I have my RECOVERY (D:) partition intact)
- When Recovery Manager opens up, there are only a few options available, not all of them. I cannot post a screenshot because English is not my mother language, but the options are the same as the photo I attached (got from the HP website), except I also have a Windows Recovery Environment and a Windows Media Creation tool options.
Why is this happening and, is there a solution to it?
