When I launch HP Recovery Manager to recover my system, the "System Recovery" option is greyed out

How can I solve this problem

Hi:

 

Since your notebook came with Windows 8.1 with Bing (64-bit) from the factory, and you upgraded to W10, very often that disables the recovery manager.

 

If you need to reinstall W10, you can make bootable installation media using the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Unfortunately, W8.1 with Bing was never offered as a free download from Microsoft.
