Hello,
I am facing "HP laptop PIN.BP.SIZE not defined" issue while I am recovering my laptop. The details are..
My HDD was crashed and I replaced with new Samsung SSD (1 TB).
I have created HP recovery media on USB at the time of purchase of this laptop.
I have enabled to boot from USB and selected "System Recovery" from recovery manager.
While its doing recovery process I have got error "HP laptop PIN.BP.SIZE not defined"
Any help in this issue?

Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer if the factory reset isn't working, would be to clean install W10 using the Media creation tool at the link below. You can make a bootable W10 USB installer. You will need an 8 GB USB flash drive for this.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
