Don't understand your warranty situation -- as did you get this on May 26 of this year or last year? If last year, the warranty is long expired and I don't believe you can renew it NOW. IF this year, and your warranty shows as expired, then you have to register it through HP Customer Support to reset the warranty dates.
As to redemptions, those are sales promotions and we have nothing to do with those and the one you mention might actually be offered only by a local reseller -- and if that is the case, you have to contact THEM not HP.
