HP Pavilion - 15t-cs300 CTO

Like many others, I am still waiting on my HP Risk Free Care Pack Rebate.  I purchased my laptop in December 2020, and sent in the proper forms and receipt in February 2024.  After not getting anyone to answer at the **bleep**-999-4747 number, I was told to call the HP Resolution Team at 800-407-4005.  On June 7, 2024, I spoke with Paige who said I needed to resend all my documentation to HPResolutions@us.hp.com.  As soon as I sent the documentation, I received an automated reply saying my email was received to let me know that I will hear back from HP Store Supervisors within 24 hours.   On June 13, 2024, I received an email that said I did not send in my documentation, so I sent everything, again, to the same email.  I received another automated response that I would hear from a supervisor in 24 hours. On June 24, 2024, having not heard from a supervisor, I sent all of the documentation, again, and received another automated response that said I would hear from a supervisor in 24 hours.   On July 17, 2024, having not heard from a supervisor I, again, sent all of the documentation and put "third request" in the subject line of my email.   When I call 800-407-4005 I get in an endless VRU that has limited choices -- there is no option to speak to a human.  How can I get someone to respond to my repeated requests for an update on the status of my rebate?
