ORDERED HP RECOVERY MEDIA TO FIX PC BUT IM NOT SURE IF IT IS WORKING SHOWING SAME SCREEN AS BEFORE USB RECOVERY MEDIA WAS PUT IN USB PORT

Insert the usb flash drive in a port with Stream powered off. Power up  and immediately start tapping the Esc key. This should open a menu where F9 Boot options is a choice. Tap F9 key. Use the arrow keys to move to and select/highlight USB. Next tap Enter key and follow instructions on the screen from there.

You said in your first post it is showing the same screen as before inserting the usb. OR, do you mean you weren't booting  using F9 before and this is first time you have seen that screen?What were you seeing on the screen before using the Recovery Media?

If you are only seeing that screen after booting using F9 it means the Recovery Media is wrong one for your model- or possibly the drive on your Stream has died.

AT FIRST ALL IT DID WAS SHOW THE SCREEN CHOOSE AN OPTION AN IT DID THIS FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS SO I POWERED OFF THE PC AN TURNED BACK ON DID ESC AN F9 USB OPTION ON GAVE ME A SCREEN THAT SAID THIS COMPUTER IS NOT SUPPORTED BY THE SYSTEM RECOVERY MEDIA.  YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO RECOVER THIS SYATEM WITH THESE MEDIA.

Sounds like HP may have sent the wrong Recovery USB.
