Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I ordered a laptop on Thanksgiving evening (November 26th) with an estimated shipment date of Dec. 11th and a delivery date of Thursday, Dec. 17th.  However, Dec. 11th has come and gone without any updates. The module on the order status page has not moved from “order confirmed” since the 26th, which is giving me concern. I only used the basic customization options for the laptop (only selected a larger storage), so it’s not like I’m getting a majorly customized system. I did not received any information about the status or whereabouts of my laptop when I previously contacted customer service.

My order number is H338899125

I believe all vendors including HP are doing their best to bring their products to customers. Unfortunately during this pandemic time, everything is out of control.  Please wait, it will come.
