Hello! HP Slate 21-s100 All-in-One there has a problem with the starting system Android 4.2. Recovery mode is not started. To make a hard reset is not possible. Download update.zip from the official hp website for this device but can't install. I think about TWRP or CWM to begin the system restore. The machine is connected to PC with Windows 10 by usb male-to-male is defined as fastboot. But I can't find the USB driver. Help solve the problem, send usb driver for HP Slate 21-s100.

Hello, @andruwa1985 – Hope you are well 🙂
Thanks for reaching out to the HP Forums! I’d like to help!
I understand that you are having issues with the HP Slate 10. Going through your post, it looks like we need to perform a full recovery on your slate.
I found a wonderful document which will help you perform the same. Go to http://hp.care/2ty8XVD and click on the option which says"HP Guided Solutions - Performing an HP System Recovery".
Select the correct options and then check the steps listed to perform the recovery.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Good luck 🙂

I ty to recover Android by recovery mode, but the system bricks and stays on logo "Android".
The recovery mode dont start and the system loads the Android. It dures some hours without any response.
I decide to recover the Android by TWRP or CWM. Recently, I bought a USB male-to-male cable to connect the device to my PC.
After that (fastboot mode) my Windows 10 says me, that it founds an unknown device named fastboot!
Please, send me a driver for Windows 10 x64 for HP Slate 21-s100 All-in-One Android 4.2.
I dont know what else to do!
