Windows Update successfully installed Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P. - Keyboard - Standard 101/102-Key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 Keyboard for HP Hotkey Support today, so why is it still showing as an available optional update in Windows Update??

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
Windows 10 optional updates, also known as “Preview releases”, will include non-security fixes and improvements. As it says, its optional update not an important update. Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04730900 to know more about HP Notebook PCs - Installing Windows 10.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

No help at, Echo_Lake.

They may be "Optional", but if I have opted to install it, why does it continue to show in Windows Update?
