HP Spectre 13-af018ca

I purchased my Spectre 13-af018ca in November 2017. November 2018 it broke the first time, the laptop would turn on to a black screen with the error “Boot Device not Found”. I sent it in to HP under warranty and they had to replace the whole SSD if I remember correctly as it was not the simple fix they originally thought. They sent it back to me and it worked but the rubber bumpers on the bottom of the laptop we’re hanging off on the ends and eventually I had to tape them on, one fell off all together. It worked for 1 year until November 2019 when I started it and got the same error “Boot Device Not Found”.. at this point the laptop was out of warranty so I brought it to a third party laptop repair store and they told me they disassembled for reseat the flex cable from main board to subboard, will boot to SSD but problem is intermittent, when reassembled it will not boot to SSD. It requires a new flex cable and M.2 slot which they did not have those parts and they warned me it would not be worth it to fix as it will more than likely break down again at some point. It’s hard to believe a brand new expensive laptop would last me less than 2 years, mind you I use this laptop only for online shopping and word documents.. I am really disappointed I wasted so much money on it. When I looked for the same model to see if other people were having the same problems it looks like they discontinued it a while back... I can see why. At this point I am stuck and don’t know where to go from here. I have always been a fan of HP but now I can’t see myself ever buying an HP product again.
