HP Spectre 360: no update on w10 2004?

My notebook (HP Spectre 360, Product Number TYJFESR#DGK) seems to be excluded from the update to Windows 10 Home 2004. What´s the problem? All my non HP computers have been updated. I´ve installed all the updates of the support assistant.

I've read the MS-page. The Setupdiag log file is empty. The Windows Update page give this message:

The May 2020 update for Windows 10 is in preparation. When the update is available for your device, it will be displayed on this page. (Translated from German)

Nothing has changed since may. All drivers are new. No other problems. I doubt if I should use the media creation tool to enforce the update to 2004.

Just upadated my HP Spectre 360 to windows 2004 i lost internet connection carried out trouble shooting, it said WiFi adapter driver issue, tried to update driver but saying latest and best driver installed.  No WiFi so reverted back to previous version of windows now all working, tried windowsn update again with same issue no WiFi, so have reverted back to previous windows all now working but will not be updating.

Antone else with issues after windows 2004 update ??

I have now forced the 2004 update using the Windows 10 Update Assistant. No problems so far. Wifi works, trackpad works. I only had to reconfigure System Recovery. The Device Manager shows no problems either.
