Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello all,

I purchased my HP Spectre Laptop about a year ago and up till this point, the computer has been absolutely great. A few weeks ago the computer prompted me to download Windows 11to upgrade from the factory installed Windows 10. The install was completed without issue and no problems were noticed initially. Now, my laptop is making a horrible buzzing noise that is one of the most annoying sounds that I believe I have ever heard. I have read several post on this same issue but none of the suggested fixes are working for me. The noise was initially constant, especially when logging into Google chrome. One of the threads that I read suggested doing a windows refresh and installing windows again. I completed that task without issue and now the noise seems to only occur when the machine is starting up and when notifications are popping up from the notification tab. I have performed a hard reset (restart), downloaded windows again, checked all drivers, removed Realtek and downloaded again and also changed the microphone settings as suggested in some post. The noise persist despite all of this. Most of the post out there immediately point to this type of noise being a fan issue but I truly dont believe that is the case with this one. I can hear the fans running and they are quiet as they can be. The noise only comes from the right corner speaker / microphone and is not related to the fans or different fan speeds. I would greatly appreciate any help that can be provided on this issue. Our laptop is basically unusable when this issue is occurring. Thanks all.
