Product: HP Spectre x360

I have an HP Spectre X360 laptop and my kill switch for my camera is broken. It is loose and regardless of whether it appears to be turned on or off the camera does not work. I have tried trouble shooting and nothing is turning my camera back on. The kill switch is so loose that it will move and turn on and off whenever the computer is moved.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

This look like a hardware issue, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
