HP Spectre XT pro 13-b000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Spectre XT pro 13-b000 - Black screen and not booting. Product Number: B8W13AA.

I have tried all of the recommendations from HP but with no success, the next step is to create a 'BIOS recovery usb flash drive' and see if that works, but when trying to do so I cant find the 'BIOS exe file' from HP Support for this laptop or any BIOS exe file. 

Does anybody no where the BIOS exe file is located for this laptop and has anybody ever have the same problem with the dark screen and not booting.

Any help would be appreciated .

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to do a BIOS recovery and unable to find the BIOS EXE file.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Below is the link to the BIOS file for the computer.

Follow the steps in the below article to perform a BIOS recovery.
