Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A couple of days ago my newer (1 yr. old) laptop displays a black screen at start up.  No beeps, but lights on keyboard and power are on.  I think I've tried everything - When performing BIOS, it reaches 100%, restarts, there's an HP logo and then black screen again.  I tried a recovery and the same thing happens. I tried a full reset of the entire laptop back to original settings and the same thing happens. OF COURSE my warranty expired 7/29/19 so my laptop is barely a year old!! My mom bought for me to start college and she cannot afford another one :(. Can someone suggest anything else? I Cannot even reach my login screen. I am so sad!
