HP Recommended

Hi I bought a HP Spectre x360 a month ago and it turns off randomly while i am using word documents and the internet, I haven't downloaded much on to it and the camera just doesnt work now..\

 

Should i get warranty to fix this, I have the care plan. 

 

Or is it all a simple solution, this is very irritating.
