Hello @THUKRAL442

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.

If it is the primary app that causes issues, try reinstalling Microsoft Office 2019

After you run it, follow the on-screen instructions to delete Office

Eventually, restart your computer

  • After reinstallation, immediately update Office to latest version to avoid slow downs unexpectedly.

To do that, open any Office app, such as Word, and go to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.

This causes the Click-to-Run service to go look for updates at the location that you’ve configured Office to look for updates. For example, directly from the Office CDN on the Internet. If updates are available, Office begins the process to download. Details >> https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/deployoffice/office2019/update

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes.

Here are some extra steps you can take :

Optimize

- De-fragment your Hard Disk Drive (if you have hard disk drive ONLY) > https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/8933-optimize-defrag-drives-windows-10-a.html

- run Disk Clean Up - cleanmgr.exe > https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3012-disk-cleanup-open-use-windows-10-a.html

2. Remove unneeded and temporary files. Download and run CCLeaner (from Piriform) with the extra options checked. Here are instructions

3. Scan your PC for threats, viruses, malware...

3.1.... Run the free ESET Online Scanner >> http://download.eset.com/special/eos/esetonlinescanner_enu.exe

Scan your PC for viruses, threats and unwanted/unsafe applications - remove if anything found.

Let me know in details if they found something and what it was....

4. Uninstall any programs you definitely do not use but you think might be a bit high on resources. You can uninstall them from Control Panel > Programs and features
