HP Recommended

I have a HP Spectre x360 14-ef2014na running Windows 11 and it won't turn on all of a sudden. I've not even had it 2 months. When I press the power button, it will glow for about a 4 seconds and then just turn off. No amount of hard resets by holding the button for different intervals of time has worked. The charger light does not turn on at all when I plug the charger in at any time. When it's plugged in I can hear some static and electrical whirring from the base of the laptop.
