HP Spectre x360 13.5 windows 11 25h2 update failure

Dear HP Team or other expert,

my Laptop HP x360 13.5 currently on windows 11 23h2. 

however during windows update 25h2, I always have failure to update. before that, 24h2 version also failure.

My question, is my laptop compatible with windows 11 25h2 version? if yes, how to solve my problem?

The only suggestion I can offer other than backing up your files and clean installing W11 25H2 would be to run the W11 Installation Assistant (1st option) at the link below and see if that will let you do an in-place upgrade from W11 23H2>W1125H2.

In order to answer your question regarding if your laptop is compatible with windows 11 25H2, I would need to know the full model number or product number of your laptop.

There are hundreds of different model HP x360 13.5" notebooks out there.

I have tried offline installation, still failed with the message 0x80070002  0x20007.

The installation failed in the SAFE_OS with an error during INSTALL_DRIVERS operation.

My Product number is 6J8Z0PA#AR6.

Serial number: CND22512JM.

Hope you will help me for troubleshoot my issue

According to the support page, HP only has drivers for up to W11 22H2 which means that the PC has not been tested by HP for 25H2.

I recommend that you back up your files and clean install W11 25H2 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the W11 media creation tool from the link I posted yesterday (2nd option).

That would be the only suggestion I can offer because even if it wasn't tested to run W11 25H2, it still should be able to.

The PC has an Intel 12 gen core processor and is much newer than any of the PC's I have that are having no problem running W11 25H2 and HP has not tested those to run W11 25H2 either.
