  • HP Spectre x360 13-ap0032dx Motherboard Failure Shortly After Warranty
    Hello,
    I am looking for assistance regarding my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ap0032dx (S/N: Edited).
    Shortly after the warranty expired, the motherboard failed and a technician confirmed the board would need replacement.
    While researching repair options recently, I discovered many similar reports of motherboard failure with this model. I contacted HP support via email but have not yet received a response and was hoping someone here might be able to help escalate my request for assistance.

I regret to hear that you are facing issue with the motherboard failure in HP Spectre x360 Convertible. I would request you to please elaborate your concern if its not booting or do you see any error message on the screen to assist you further.

 

As you mentioned that the warrranty is expired, I would request you to please visit the nearest HP authorized service center, the service team will check and assist you. 

Kindly follow this link to locate the nearest HP service center:    https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center 

(Select the country from the dropdown menu and enter the city name or pincode)
