Product: HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 14-ea0000 (1Q879AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Every single time I plug in an USB or external hard drive, I can use the device for as long as I keep opening folders and copy files, but once I don't do anything with the hard drive, it always gets shut down after about 30 seconds, and I always have to wake up the device again after that, it's very annoying. Is this a bug from the Spectre laptop or is this something else?
