Hello,

I am reaching out again to HP for help on my HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl112dx which failed shortly after a year of minimal use.  The diagnosis is a failed motherboard since it has no power with known good power supply.  The USB C ports have failed to provide power to the laptop.  I am hoping HP has a program for a discount on the repairs or replacement since this issue is very common on this model.
