Product: HP Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i currently have a number of devices  i used my adaptor with including a crappy chrome book. but when i plug in my  Belkin USB-c to HMDI and Charge Adaptor to my new  HP Spectre x360  i keep getting a windows explorer notification stating USB-C USB Device not recognised . this means i cannot have meetings with my  extra screen connected. Any ideas how i can resolve this without having to return the Spectre laptop to the shop?
