HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP Spectre x360 Convertible 15-ch0xx. When I attempt to update Windows 10 v1803 (a popup said that it is nearing end of support), it gives me this error message:

Error.PNG

I saw a separate help thread that said to update BIOS / drivers, and then retry. I just updated all drivers directly from HP's site. restarted my computer, and still get this error. Need help with next step to update Windows 10.

EDIT: The other thread also mentions that USB devices and SD cards must be removed before attempting to update. I tried that, and restarted again, but still have the same error.

I have the same problem: why can't it update and who do I need to contact to help with this issue?

Same issue here, any resolution?

Edit: Got it going after a proper bios update.
