Product: HP ProBook 450 G1 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have recently had a software problem with my above referenced HP Laptop.

The system became very unstable and it was difficult to use the computer.

Then I got Spy Ware alerts popping up from my antivirus application, which alerted me to a Spy Ware application HP had apparently secretly installed on my laptop without my knowledge!!! 

 

The HP application  is "HP Touch Point Analytics Client". I Google’d and researched this app. There are a few blogs from people having the same system stability problems because of  this HP application. The general view of the bloggers was to uninstall this application, So I did.

 

Then the problem became very bad. Because I was then Locked Out of my computer and could no longer log on. The computer system no longer accepts my Finger Print swipe access and will not accept my manual password, also it will not accept my secret information when I was prompted to make a new password.
