Hp Stream 11
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I went and stopped a program from running at start up and not sure which one.  Now my computer doesn't respond at all.

It won't open internet, open task manager, nothing shows for device manager, nothing shows to restore or recover,

I thought to go to hp support and try to down load a new driver  to a flash drive but it seemed to down load to my other pc instead of the flash drive.  Crap,  I do hope there is a way for down loading a restore drive for model 11 d010wm

product # K3Y84UA#ABA

Any geeks out their that can direct me in which ever it may be Down loadig or Uploading a hp stream 11  mw 8.1 64 nit a flash drive and direct me on how to open and down load it to the HP stream 11?  Please, pretty, pretty please???

I like to tinker with things but tend to go too far and f things up. No hope for me.  by the way, I have no funds to purchase anything.  I work at Walmart and am out on workmans comp which means Nothing

I'm not sure but the Continue option might do the recovery.
