Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good evening everyone!

I have a HP Stream 11 notebook, product number: P0H72EA#ABU, it has 2GB of memory and 32GB of hard disk space, the operating system is Windows 10 home 64 bit .

I have owned it from new so it is one of the newer models that were originally shipped with Windows 10 rather than windows 8.

The Windows updates have always installed automatically but just before Christmas I noticed there is not enough space to install them.

I tried deleting most of the apps off the machine, no joy,

Then I tried deleting everything off the machine including removing the partition, did a clean install of Windows 10 but the clean install still uses 28GB of the 32GB, which meant after running the update process again - I have the same issue, not enough space.

Sadly, the 32GB cannot be upgraded so it's stuck with that.

The annoying thing is, as soon as I run the Windows 10 update on the clean install, it starts downloading about 15 different updates at the same time, they don't even download in the correct date order, if it would download and install 1 update at a time maybe the clean up files option would help me be able to keep the space free for all the updates.

Is there a minimal version of Windows 10 I can install or something?

Is there a better operating system to put on it?

Thank you for your time, patience and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
