Hello, yesterday I factory reset my laptop and it was working fine, when I went to bed I shutdown my laptop so it could get a break. Next morning I open my laptop to turn it on and it wont turn on at all. There are no blinking lights when i plug in my charger the light doesn't light up and I tried to hard reset it by pressing down the power button for 10 -30 seconds and nothing has helped. I have been researching all day and I have found no solution. PLEASE HELP !

It is a 64 bit not 32 bit my bad.

Hi there,

 

Are there any USB devices plugged into your laptop (especially a wireless mouse or keyboard USB receiver), if so unplug all USB devices, press and hold the power button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down, then restart your system.

 

Do remember backup your file and system before factory reset, as that will wipe all data you have on the laptop.
