My main use computer is a HP Pavilion Notebook 17, Windows 10 64 bit on which I sign in using my Microsoft account almost every day. I have a HP Stream 11-y012nr also Windows 10 possibly 32 bit which I use only during air travel, which I have not done for 3 years. I am planning to go on vacation in two weeks and tried to log in with my Microsoft account. This shows the same profile picture as my main laptop, but says the correct password is "incorrect" on multiple tries. "Forgot password"  prompts me to insert a USB flash drive and run the password reset Wizard. Doing this causes an error message "The USB is not a recovery disk". This appears to be a catch 22 situation. How to resolve?
