Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
- My friends sons HP Stream 13 Notebook PC was borrowed by one of his sons classmates who said his uncle took it, etc. Whomever put a password on the BIOS as well as deleting the sons info & made themselves Administrator with that password protected as well. Is there any possible way to recover this computer? We tried factory reset (not enough space error) & removing internal battery for about 10-15min with no luck. Can u PLEASE help?

There ARE ways to bypass BIOS passwords -- we are just prohibited by forum policy for telling you those details.
If you take the laptop to a local laptop repair facility, they should be able to both reset the BIOS password and the Windows admin password. It will cost you something, to be sure, but that is a lot less than buying a new machine.
