Product: HP Stream Notebook - 13-c002dx (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

When I attempt to power on the laptop it has administrative password for the BIOS and I'm not sure how it happened. It was working just fine and I attempted to open it the next day and this is what happened. Can anyone help me with this issue or explain how to get around the BIOS password lock? Please. I just got this computer. Thanks.
